THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE SCIENCE OF HORTICULTURE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND (IF AND SO FAR AS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE SAID SCIENCE OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM IS CAPABLE OF FALLING WITHIN SUCH LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES) OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
