FOR RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS, AND TO RELIEVEPHYSICAL AND MENTAL ILLNESS, AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS IN NEED THEREOF BEYOND THE STANDARD NORMALLY ATTAINED IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS OR COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOLS OR THEIR EQUIVALENT, INTEREST FRE LOANS TO FREEMASONS IN NEED AND ASSISTANCE TO MASONIC AND OTHER CHARITIES.
