THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE BY ALL AVAILABLE MEANS OF ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CLASSES OF BENEFICIARIES WHOARE IN NEED OF SUCH RELIEF OR ASSISTANCE BY REASON OF POVERTY NAMELY:- (I) ALL PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVEOR SHALL HAVE BEEN AT ANY TIME OR SHALL BE MEMBERS OF THE R A F RESERVES CLUB LIMITED. (II) ALL PERSONS WHO SHALL AT ANY TIME HAVE BEEN OR BE WIDOWS CHILDREN OR OTHER DEPENDENTS OF ANY PERSONS ABOVE REFERRED TO. PROVIDED THAT AT THE TIME OF THE RELIEF OR ASSISTANCE THE BENEICIARY MUST BE NORMALLY RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
