TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY WAY OF GRANTS TO CHURCHES INCURRING EXPENDITURE ON THE PROVISION, MAINTENANCE OR IMPROVEMENT OF THEIR BELLS AND BELL INSTALLATIONS OR FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THEIR TOWERS AND BELFRIES.
