TO GIVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MEMBERS, FORMER MEMBERS, WIDOWS AND ANY OTHER DEPENDANTS OF DECEASED MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CO-OPERATIVE OFFICIALS WHO, IN THE VIEW OF THE GENERAL COUNCIL ARE IN NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE.
