FOR OCCUPATIONAL RENT FREE BY POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WHO ARE FOR THE TIME BEING RESIDENT IN THE CIVIL PARISH OF LINTON.
