Leyden House provided sheltered accommodation for disabled people. Operations ceased in 2008; Planning Permission was obtained to redevelop site as private housing. Sale contract exchanged 25th May 2012, completion expected shortly thereafter. Once costs are settled, Trustees will distribute sale proceeds to other charities, in accordance with the Leyden House Trust Deed.
