INCOME TO BE PAID IN PERPETUITY TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE PARISH OF SUDBOROUGH TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE TOWARDS MAINTAINING IN GOOD AND REVERENT ORDER THE CHURCHYARD OF SUDBOROUGH AFORESAID INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR THE GRAVES OF THE DALBY FAMILY AND SECONDLY (AND SUBJECT THERETO) TOWARDS MAINTAINING IN REPAID THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF SUDBOROUGH AFORESAID.
