FOR PERMANENT PRESERVATION FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AS A WORKING EXAMPLE OF AN HISTORIC WINDMILL USED FOR CORN GRINDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH RULES AND REGULATIONS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE AND CONTROLLED DISCRETION THINK FIT AND FOR THE RESTORATION EQIPMENT MAINTENANCE REPAIR INSURANCE RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT AND GENERAL UPKEEP OF THE SAID TOWER WINDMILL AND THE PAYMENT OF ALL OUTGOINGS IN CONNEXION THEREWITH AND THE GENERAL EXPENSES OF CARRYING ON MND THE GENERAL EXPENSES OF CARRYING ON AND MANAGING THE SAME.
