Charitable objects
COTTAGES TO BE USED FOR THE RESIDENCE AND ENJOYMENT OF ONE MARRIED COUPLE OF RESIDENTS OR IF THERE SHALL BE NO MARRIED COUPLE ELIGIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS DEED IT SHALL BE APPROPRIATED AND USED FOR THE RESIDENCE AND ENJOYMENT OF A SINGLE RESIDENT WHETHER MALE OR FEMALE OR TWO SINGLE RESIDENTS OF THE SAME SEX.
