UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND AND ALSO SO MUCH OF THE CAPITAL THEREOF AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE TO OR FR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND GENERALLY IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE AND UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION THINK FIT.
