(C) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF NATURAL, HISTORIC AND PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND AFFECTING THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (D) TO PROVIDE EDUCATIVE EXPERIENCES WITHIN THE BOROUGH AND FOR SOCIETY MEMBERS.
