REPAIRING OR PRESERVING THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH OF ST. MARY STANWELL OR IN IMPROVING OR EMBELLISHING THE EXTERIOR OR INTERIOR THEREOF OR FOR ANY PROPER PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE MAINTENANCE, DECORATION OF FURNISHING OF THE SAME, AND ALSO THAT NO SUM SHALL AT ANY TIME BE APPLIED OUT OF THE TRUST FUND FOR ANY OF THE PURPOSES AFORESAID, UNLESS AT LEAST ONE THIRD OF THIS AMOUNT SHALL BE RAISED BY THE PARISHIONERS OR FROM ANY OTHER VOLUNTARY SOURCE EXCEPT LORD WINDSOR'S CHARITY.
