TO PROMOTE MENTAL HEALTH IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND SHALL INCLUDE THE AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MENTAL HEALTH IN THE PART OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES THAT LIES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE RIVER THAMES.
