In accordance with the terms of the Trust , Grants are made to registered charities as directed by settlor. No written applications are accepted. The Trustees are satisfied that these purposes remain charitable and for the public benefit. The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the Charity Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.
