A) TO PROVED HOMES OR HOUSES FOR AGED PEOPLE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES WHO SHALL EITHER HAVE BEEN BORN IN THE BOROUGH OF MARLBOROUGH OR SHALL HAVE RESIDED THERE FOR NOT LESS THAN TEN YEARS AND B) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONGST PERSONS RESIDING IN THE SAID BOROUGH.
