INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS DEREK EDWARD WILDE AND CHARLOTTE HELEN WILDE JOINTLY OR THE SURVIVOR OF THEM SHALL DIRECT AND AFTER THE DEATH OF SUCH SURVIVOR AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL SELECT BY PAYING THE INCOME OR ANY PART OF THE TRUST FUND TO ANY SOCIETY OR INSTITUTION ESTABLISHED FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE.
