TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN IMPROVE AND ADVANCE THE WORK OF PUBLIC EDUCATION CONNECTED WITH INDUSTRIAL ARCHAEOLOGY AND THE ARTS AND SCIENCES THE CONSERVATION OF THE COUNTRYSIDE (OR ENVIRONMENT) THE RELIEF OF MENTAL ILLNESS AND FOR SUCH OTHER LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN ENGLAND WALES SCOTLAND AND THE ISLE OF MAN AS THE TRUSTEES WITH THE SANCTION OF THE BENEFACTORS DURING THEIR LIFETIME OR THE LIFETIME OF THE SURVIVOR OF THEM BEING NOT LESS THAN TWO IN NUMBER SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN WRITING WITH THEIR UNANIMOUS CONSENT DECLARE.
