Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE REHABILITATION OF OFFENDERS AND THE PREVENTION OF CRIME THROUGH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: A) PROVIDING CARE, ADVICE AND SUPPORT (INCLUDING RESETTLEMENT AND REHABILITATION) TO OFFENDERS, AND THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING, AND THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS; B) ASSISTING OFFENDERS, AND THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING, TO FIND ACCOMMODATION AND EMPLOYMENT AND TO REHABILITATE THEMSELVES; C) ESTABLISHING, MANAGING, IMPROVING AND CONSTRUCTING ACCOMMODATION FOR OFFENDERS AND THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING AND THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS AND TO ASSIST THEM WITH MONETARY GRANTS; D) PROMOTING, SUPPORTING OR CARRYING ON EITHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY OTHER BODY AUTHORITY OR PERSON ANY PROJECT OR SCHEME IN CONNECTION WITH ANY METHODS OF THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND SOCIAL EXCLUSION AND TO PROVIDE MONEY FOR SUCH PURPOSES WHETHER BY LOAN OR OTHERWISE.
