TO PROVIDE SUITABLE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES WITH A VIEW TO HELPING AND EDUCATION BOYS AND GIRLS AGED SIX TO SIXTEEN YEARS WHO ATTEND SCHOOLS FOR THE MALADJUSTED OR WHO OTHERWISE ARE SO DISTURBED EMOTIONALLY AS TO BE UNABLE TO ENJOY RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AVAILABLE TO MORE NORMAL CHILDREN.
