SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE BANK SHALL IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION AND FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND SO THAT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING THEY MAY PAY AND APPLY THE SAME BY WAY OF PAYMENTS TO INDIVIDUALS IN RELIEF OF POVERTY OR TO OR AMONGST ANY ONE OR MORE SOCIETIES FUNDS ORGANISATIONS OR BODIES BEING LEGAL CHARITIES INCLUDING ANY OTHER BODY OF TRUSTEES OBJECTS AS THE BANK MAY IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
