THE PURCHASE ANNUALLY FOR PRESENTATION TO AND RETENTION BY THE WINNERS OF THE ANNUAL COMPETITION FOR THE METROPOLITAN POLICE ROAD SAFETY TROPHY (KNOWN AS THE "ROSE BOWL TROPHY")OF A REPLICA OF THE ROSE BOWL TROPHY OR SOME OTHER SUITABLE PRIZE AND THE DEFRAYING OF THE COST OF PROVIDING AND AFFIXING PLAQUES TO THE TROPHY AND ENGRAVING THEREON THE NAMES OF THOSE TO WHOM IT HAS BEEN AWARDED AND ANY OTHER EXPENSE ARISING.
