THE RELIEF OF THE FOLLOWING PERONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS:- 1. WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OF SOLDIERS OF THE COLDSTREAM GUARDS WHO DIE IN THE SERVICE. 2. WIVES AND FAMILIES OF SOLDIERS ACTUALLY SERVING IN THE SAID REGIMENT. 3. WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OF SOLDIERS WHO FORMERLY SERVED IN THE SAID REGIMENT.
