TO OR FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF ALL OR ANY ONE OR MORE TO THE EXCLUSION OF THE OTHERS OR OTHER OF ANY BODIES ASSOCIATIONS AND ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED EXCLUSIVELY FOR PURPOSES RECOGNISED AS CHARITABLE BY LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES OR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) WHICH SHALL AT THE DATE OF SUCH PAYMENT BE REGISTERED AS CHARITIES UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARITIES ACT 1960 OR ANY SUBSEQUENT ACT AMENDING OR REPLACING THE SAME IN SUCH SHARE AND IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE COMPANY MAY IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
