TO PROVIDE FURTHER EDUCATION IN THE SPHERE OF VOLUNTARY WORK, SOCIAL WORK AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES SO AS TO INCULCATE THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP.4.
