THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS BELONGING TO THE GUJARATI HINDU SURTI MOCHI COMMUNITY, ORIGINATING FROM THE DISTRICT OF SURAT AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE COMMUNITY") EITHER BY DESCENT OR MARRIAGE, RESIDING PRIMARILY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
