Charitable objects
THE PROMOTION OF THE HEALTH AND MEDICAL WELFARE OF, PRIMARILY, THE RENAL PATIENTS OF WEST LONDON RENAL CENTRE AND, SECONDLY, OTHER RENAL PATIENTS. THE TRUST WILL ACHIEVE THIS BY PROVIDING HOLIDAY HOMES AND OTHER HOLIDAY FACILITIES EQUIPPED TO DEAL WITH SUCH PATIENTS FOR USE BY THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES, OR CARERS OF SUCH PATIENTS WHO MAY OR MAY NOT BE MEMBERS OF THE PATIENTS' FAMILIES, IN DEFRAYING THE COST OF HOLIDAYS FOR THE CONVALESCENCE AND RECUPERATION OR CHANGE OF ENVIRONMENT OF SUCH PATIENTS WHICH MAY BE NECESSITATED BY THEIR ILLNESS AND PROVIDING THEM WITH SUITABLE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND EQUIPMENT DURING SUCH HOLIDAYS AND OTHERWISE FOR THE BENEFIT FOR SUCH PATIENTS ON HOLIDAY; PROVIDED THAT SURPLUS CAPACITY AT ANY FACILITY PROVIDED BY THE TRUST MAY BE MADE AVAILABLE TO PATIENTS FROM HOSPITALS OTHER THAN THE WEST LONDON RENAL CENTRE UPON PAYMENT OF A REASONABLE CHARGE.
