Charitable objects
(1) THE RELIEF OF SUCH MEMBERS OF THE CLASS OF BENEFICIARIES (AS DEFINED HEREUNDER) AS ARE NECESSITOUS AND DESERVING. THE CLASS OF BENEFICIARIES SHALL SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 4 OF THIS MEMORANDUM COMPRISE ANY PERSON WHO IS OR HAS BEEN IN THE EMPLOYMENT IN THE CEMENTITIOUS OR ASSOCIATED QUARRYING OPERATIONS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF THE RUGBY GROUP LTD ( COMPANY NO 00206971) AND THE RUGBY PORTLAND CEMENT COMPANY LTD ( COMPANY NO 00206678) AND ANY OTHER OF THEIR PRESENT OR FORMER SUBSIDIARIES ( AS DEFINED IN SECT 736 OF THE COMPANIES ACT) WHETHER INCORPORATED WITHIN THE UK OR NOT AND SHALL INCLUDE THE SPOUSE,CHILDREN, PARENTS AND DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSON.2.
