ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP VALUE OF ¯50 OR SUCH OTHER SUM AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT TO BE FROM TIME TO TIME AWARDED TO A STUDENT OF SINGING ATTENDING A COLLEGE OR SCHOOL APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES AND UNDER THE AGE OF 29 YEARS.
