1. TO PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE AND INCREASE THE APPRECIATION AND UNDERSTANDING BY THE PUBLIC OF THE ARTS GENERALLY INCLUDING DRAMATIC ART VISUAL ART MUSICAL ART AND LITERARY ART. 2. TO PROMOTE EDUCATION IN ALL SECTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE CULTURAL AND CREATIVE ARTS. 3. TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE AND FOR THOSE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT, OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
