THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND IN PARTICULAR OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED TEACHERS AND STUDENTS, WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THEIR WORK IN EDUCATION.
