(A)FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE WINE AND SPIRIT TRADES BENEVOLENT FUND AND ANY OTHER REGISTERED CHARITY FROM TIME TO TIME IN EXISTENCE THE MAIN OBJECT OF WHICH IS TO BENEFIT THOSE EMPLOYED OR FORMERLY EMPLOYED IN THE WINE AND SPIRIT AND ANCILLARY TRADES AND FOR THE GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES THEREOF OR(B)FOR THE GENERAL RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS OF THE WINE AND SPIRIT AND ANCILLARY TRADES IN THE UNITED KINDOM AND IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.
