THE WILL CONTAINS A DECLARATION THAT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO SUCH ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THE TRUSTEES SHALL BE ENTITLED TO TREAT MAIDWELL HALL SCHOOL AND THE MAIDWELL EDUCATIONAL TRUST AS THE PRIMARY OBJECT SO LONG AS MAIDWELL HALL SCHOOL AND THE MAIDWELL EDUCATIONAL TRUST AS THE PRIMARY OBJECT SO LONG AS MAIDWELL HALL SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE A SCHOOL MAINTAINABLE AT THE PUBLIC EXPENCE.
