Charitable objects

(A) FOR THE RELIEF OF ALL PERSONS WHO WERE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH ON THE 10TH DAY OF APRIL, 1973 AND WHO HAVE SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF THE AIR CRASH IN SWITZERLAND ON THAT DATE AND ARE THEREBY IN NEED. (B) SUBJECT AS AFORESAID FOR THE RELIEF OF ALL PERSONS WHO WERE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH ON THE 10TH DAY OF APRIL, 1973 AND WHO BEING THE SPOUSES OR CHILDREN OR OTHER DEPENDANTS OF PERSONS KILLED ORINJURED IN THE SAID ACCIDENT ARE AS A RESULT OF THE SAID ACCIDENT IN NEED. (C) SUBJECT AS AFORESAID AND IF IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION TE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT IN THE PROVISION OF SUITABLE MEMORIAL WITHIN THE PARISH TO THOSE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH WHO DIED AS A RESULT OF THE SAID ACCIDENT WHICH MEMORIAL SHALL BE FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
