TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN AND TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND TASTE IN DRAMATIC AND OPERATIC ARTS AND MUSICAL WORKS OF ALL KINDS AND TO ASSIST AND FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND PURPOSES AS THE SOCIETY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
