THE RELIEF AND EDUCATION OF LOCAL HANDICAPPED CHILDREN BY THE PROVISION OF THERAPEUTIC, EDUCATIONAL AND STIMULATING TOYS AND EQUIPMENT AND IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH OBJECTS THE TOY LIBRARY SHALL AIM:- 1. TO ASSIST THE DEVELOPMENT FROM THE EARLIEST AGE OF ALL LOCAL HANDICAPPED CHILDREN WHATEVER THEIR DISABILITY THROUGH ALL FORMS OF ACTIVITY. 2. TO LEND TO THEN THE BEST PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT IN A VOLUNTARY SERVICE FOR LOCAL HANDICAPPED CHILDREN.
