THE SURPLUS FROM THE TOLLS OR DUTIES FROM THE SANDWICH TOLL BRIDGE SHALL BE PAID OUT AND APPLIED IN ANY PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE ADVANTAGE OF THE SAID TOWN.
