THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE AND IN PARTICULAR BY ASSISTING PERSONS IN NEED OF MEDICAL AID ATTENTION AND MEDICAL OR HOSPITAL TREATMENT AND ALLIED SERVICES BUT UNABLE TO AFFORD THE SAME FROM THEIR OWN RESOURCES TO OBTAIN SUCH MEDICAL AID ATTENTION AND TREATMENT.
