TO PROMOTE THE PERMANENT PRESERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND ESPECIALLY THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF DUNSFOLD OF COMMON LAND WITHIN THE SAID PARISH.
