TO PAY OR APPLY THE WHOLE OF THE CAPITAL AND INCOME TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OR FUTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES, CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH SHARES AND PROPORTIONS OR TO PAY OR TRANSFER THE SAME TO THE TRUSTEES OF ANY TRUST ESTABLISHED FOR SOLELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
