THE PROVISION OF DWELLINGHOUSES OR OTHER RESIDENCES FOR THE ACCOMMODATION OF POOR AND NEEDY PERSONS, BUT PRIMARILY FOR RETIRED MINISTERS OF RELIGION. FOR SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
