TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS WHO ARE HOMELESS AND WHO BY REASON OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP ARE IN NEED OF HELP IN THE FORM OF SHORT STAY ACCOMMODATION IT BEING A CONDITION OF SUCH ACCOMMODATION BEING PROVIDED THAT SUBJECT TO EXTIONSION BY THE AUTHORISED OFFICER OF THE TRUSTEES THE DURATION THEREOF SHOULD BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF THREE NIGHTS.
