TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES - PLAYING FIELDS - PLAYGROUND AND OTHER AMENITIES OF A SIMILAR CHARACTER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF RISELEY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT TO RAISE FUNDS BY SUBSCRIPTIONS OR OTHERWISE FOR FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
