FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE SAID PARISH OF MURSLEY WITH SPECIAL CONSIDERATION FIRSTLY FOR OLD AGE PENSIONERS ON A VERY SMALL INCOME SECONDLY FOR WIDOWS WITH LITTLE INCOME WITH CHILDREN STILL AT SCHOOL AND THIRDLY FOR ANY PERSON WHO IN THE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES IS IN REAL NEED OF FINANCIAL HELP.
