TO MANAGE, PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN WORKSHOPS OR FACTORIES TO PROVIDE YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF HERTFORDSHIRE WHO ARE POOR, SICK OR MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED OR OTHERWISE IN NEED WITH EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO ENABLE THEM TO FIND AND OBTAIN GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE SO THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AND GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
