Charitable objects
A) TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE AND STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE CIVIL PARISH OF WALTHAM ST. LAWRENCE INCLUDING THE VILLAGE OF SHURLOCK ROW IN THE COUNTY OF BERKSHIRE AND THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF THE SAID PARISH. B) TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN THE AREA. C) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF GENERAL PUBLIC AMENITY OR HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA. FOR MORE DETAIL SEE CONSTITUTION.
