Charitable objects

TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE PUPILS AT SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SURREY AND COUNTY OF GREATER LONDON TO PLAY CRICKET OR OTHER GAMES OR SPORTS AND THEREBY TO ASSIST IN ENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH PUPILS AS WELL AS TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS. (B) TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SURREY AND THE COUNTY OF GREATER LONDON WITH THE PRIMARY OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY AND THE COUNTY OF GREATER LONDON WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
