TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATION CALLED THE YOUTH HOSTELS ASSOCIATION (ENGLAND AND WALES) AND THEREBY TO PROMOTE AMONG THE PUBLIC, EXPICIALLY YOUNG PERSONS OF LIMITED MEANS, ECUCATION IN AND CARE AND CONCERN FOR THE COUNTRYSIDE.
