TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATION CALLED THE YOUTH HOSTELS ASSOCIATION (ENGLAND AND WALES) AND THEREBY TO PROMOTE AMONG THE PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY YOUNG PERSONS OF LIMITED MEANS, EDUCATION IN AND CARE CONCERN FOR THE COUNTRYSIDE.
