TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE UNINCOPORATED ASSOCIATION CALLED THE YOUTH HOSTELS ASSOCIATION (ENGLAND AND WALES) AND THERBY TO PROMOTE AMONG THE PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY YOUNG PERSONS OF LIMITED MEANS, EDUCATION IN AND CARE AND CONCERN FOR THE COUNTRYSIDE.
